The Eaglecrest Estate is 75 hectares in extent. We have 38 individual title sites for sale. The sites have been carefully positioned to afford the best views with the least impact on the environment. There are four fully stocked trout dams. Apart from the main access roads, walking paths and bridal paths will be provided to allow traversing on foot or on horseback over the estate. Stabling for horses will be available.

Eaglecrest adjoins the 1000 hectare Stonehaven Wildlife Sanctuary, we are within an electified game fence and the game is free to wander over Eaglecrest. We have a traversing agreement with the wildlife sanctuary which allows residents of Eaglecrest to walk in the sanctuary. Both Eaglecrest and the Hestonbury Trust conservation properties (Stonehaven Wildlife Sanctuary) are within an electrified game fence.
