The architectural code of the houses that will be built on Eaglecrest Wildlife Estate has been very carefully developed to satisfy various criteria: to blend with the natural surroundings with the sensitive use of shapes, textures and colours, and at the same time to provide optimum use of outdoor living, vistas and orientation.

The exterior architectural code will be governed by an aesthetics committee, chaired by the developer’s architects.

SERVICES
All service reticulation i.e. electricity, water and Telkom high speed connections, will be via underground cables and piping.

SECURITY
The estate has a fully electrified 2.3 meter high security / game fence with 24 hour access control and game guard patrols.
